I should be unbanned because I was really drunk that night for the first time in a while
and the kid was pissing me off because he kept dming me begging for a gift card or for me to buy him a 44$ spawned pack even after I told him to leave me alone.
I will not do any more harm whatsoever and if I do you can perms ban me
I first started this server yesterday and spent 20$ on it so I really don’t have to wait a week to play on it

Hi there, thank you for creating your appeal. Before I continue, I would like to explain a couple of things.

*To clarify, your ban is not 1 week, but in fact is for 31 days.

You do not need to mention how much you spent on our server. We appreciate your donation but it will not help you out.

On our server, we have a feature called /ignore [playername] which allows you to ignore them and you will not receive messages from them. You shouldn't have to be disrespectful to a player.

You can view our server rules by clicking here. I also highly suggest you read our code of conduct. As you are not aware of our server rules, allow me to explain what you did and why it is prohibited on our server.

What you did is called giving a "death wish". This means to be wishing death upon someone which is first of all very rude and also very hurtful. You told a player to "kys" (standing out for kill yourself). You then told them "jk" "I mean in-game" "and IRL". This was not only disrespectful, but a full violation of our server rules. Death wishes correlates with death threats, and information about this rule is stated in our rules thread.

This is definitely not a reason for you to be unbanned. You should be responsible of how much you drink and your actions too. We are serious about how players conduct themselves on our server. We would like each player to be able to use common sense and be able to recognize what's right and what's wrong.

Before I continue, I would like you to have read our rules, understand what you did and give me an actual reason on why you should be unbanned. Take your time writing down a reason. Thank you.

 

I have just finished reading the rules and it has became evident that you guys take death threats very seriously, which is not a surprise at all to me. One reason I deserve an unban is that I made a stupid mistake that I will refrain from doing again and I will hopefully learn from this experience and just try to ignore people that get on my nerves. If I do get unbanned can u please give me the username of the person that reported me so I can /ignore him. If this is not possible because of privacy is it possible that you guys may be able to automatically ignore him for me? If I do get unbanned maybe I deserve a one week ban from chatting? That may be able to assure that I understand not to get in trouble like this again. Thanks for responding so fast, which I definitely didn’t expect because of the size of this server.

 

I'm glad you've read our rules. I hope you now see why we do not allow wishing death upon another player. Staff expect everyone to treat others respectfully. I'm happy to see a true understanding and reasoning from you. Seeing as this is your first punishment on our server and you're a new player, I understand that you may not be aware of our rules then but it is common sense to be polite to players.

For the assurance that you will not break our rules again, I would like to ask you to do the following:

1. Rewrite our rules in your own words.
2. Read our code of conduct (no need to rewrite).
3. Accept our rules and code of conduct.
4. Promise me that you will not break our rules again.

Since this is a lot to do, I will give you all the time you need. There's no need to rush. I ask that you do everything at your own pace because staff will expect a thorough description of each rule to ensure you understand them. Thank you.

 

BUGS AND EXPLOITS:
We do not allow anyone to abuse bugs and exploits at any cost. You will receive a punishment if you happen to abuse them at any point

IRL TRADES/DEALS
irl trades are allowed if it’s to other noob crew servers but according to Mojangs rules. doing irl deals are against their EULA agreement and if you happen to do an irl deal you will be punished

GREIFING
greifing is not allowed whatsoever. You should respect th me time that people have put into their island. If you happen to grief you will be banned based on the severity of the grieving. In addition to this flying machines are not allowed (I have no idea what a flying machine is)

LOOTING
looting is where you steal other players items and belongings. If you loot u will be punished, and the severity of this punishment will be based off of the amount of things u have looted

SCAMMING
scamming is definitely not allowed. To prevent scamming from happening try getting a moderator to look over your trade. If this is not possible try setting up a trade shop

ALT ACCOUNTS
alt accounts are allowed but to a limit, only 2 alt accounts allowed on Skyblock economy

ISLAND FARMING
island farming is the act of spam creating new islands for the intention of collecting the materials and things in the chest and automatically making a new one. This act is punishable and should not be done. Island trading is allowed but make sure a mod looks over the island to make sure that nothing that is illegal is on the islands

ILLEGAL TRADING
you must not trade anything that is illegal

ILLEGAL HACKS
hacking is allowed as long as they do not give you any unfair advantages

ADVERTISING
If you advertise any non noob crew servers you will be punished

BM AND THREATS
any threats such as death threats and doxing is definitely bannable and is something you should NEVER attempt to do

INAPPROPRIATE BUILDS

do not make any builds that could be offensive of mean to anyone

INNAPROPRIATE USERNAMES AND SKINS
if you apply to this you will be removed from the server immediately until it is changed

DISRESPECTFUL COMMENTS
Do not make any comments that are hatred or rude to other players. This could lead to serious punishments

MALICIOUS LINKS
do not send any inappropriate links, such as op grabbers, nudity and more. This could lead to big punishments

NICKNAME ABUSE
do not change your nickname to someone else’s without their full permission

CHAT OFFENSE
do not spam, be rude or flood chat at any time

FALSE REPORTING
do not fake any evidence or proof to get another player wrongfully banned

PUNISHMENT EVASION
Do not try and bypass your punishment by logging onto a alt account this will lead to a longer ban on your main account

*if you lose items you are not garunteed to receive 100% of it back every time so be careful with what you are doing

I didn’t include player killing in my “rules” because I didnt fully understand the meaning and if there is punishments for it. If you cloud briefly explain it a bit more that would be good

 

Player killing is the act of killing players by making traps or other builds that can kill a player. It is usually to take the items they have or to troll them and destroy their items. We do not allow this as it is unfair to those who work hard and spend their time for their items. Hope this clarifies what player killing means.
