Denied Mute appeal

• Why should you be unbanned? Because I was explaining to the person who hacked my account why I knew they said the things they said on my account, I didn't say it in a bad context. The mute was incorrect and unfair. Athiety originally got banned from the discord server for verbally abusing me with the same phrase I quoted. If you get chat logs you can also see I didn't say what I said in a derogatory or mocking way to George Floyd and I was saying how I know what He did.

• Do you understand and accept our rules and code of conduct? Yes and I have abided by them.

I know I shouldn't have said the full thing which was a dumb idea but I have multiple witnesses that prove that what I said wasn't in a bad context!

Thank you for creating an appeal for your recent mute.

This was not a report about your inappropriate George Floyd comment. However, while we are here, we can discuss why you thought that was appropriate to say in public chat? If you witnessed another player be punished for this, why would you go ahead and bring it up?

Secondly, this mute was in addition to the comments made about George. You publicly stated NSFW content in global chat. You claim that you understand our rules, however have been disobeying them during multiple incidences in a short period of time.

I would like you to explain why you felt both of these comments were appropriate. In addition, I would like you to identify the rules that you broke and why you think we have those rules.

The mute was 100% not worth 7 days, If people can make Hitler jokes and only get warned or muted for a day, this is not a fair mute. I also believe if 'Collasemen' was worth even half the mute then everyone else who said it in chat along side me should get muted for the same thing, I still hold true to my word saying this a incorrect 7 day mute, 2 days at most.

I understand your frustration however, this is not the correct space to reflect on how this was handled. Your history and both infractions were taken into consideration while determining an adequate punishment for your actions. I can assure you that this was handled properly.

Yep, Currently writing a reply! Also I am cannot understand how you can use my chat history from a year ago, I took a year off to reflect and am not at that maturity level anymore.

 

INAPPROPRIATE AND DISRESPECTFUL COMMENTS
Inappropriate and/or disrespectful comments are comments made to taunt ones race, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, gender, personal values, beliefs, or ethnicity. These comments include, but are not limited to, sexual subjects, potentially offensive subjects, potentially sensitive subjects, or hateful subjects. Respect should be given to every player on the server despite our differences, and any comments made with the intent of circling someone out or making someone uncomfortable will result in punishment.

This is the only rule I could've broken, I believe the NSFW comment wasn't 100% appropriate and I said it as a joke to Eric. But the comment I made mentioning George was I was calling out Athiety for what he said in VC and that he got someone to hack my account to say it. I know I shouldn't have said either but I didn't think they were innapropriate enough to get muted for 7 Days just because of my history last year.

 

I’m still not convinced that you are taking responsibility for your actions. You don’t seem to understand that your comments were not okay. Your account is your responsibility. Whether it is in-game or on discord, you must manage your own security. Unless you have evidence that someone hacked your account, we will believe that it was you.

When you would like to take full responsibility for your actions, please re-appeal.
