5. Do you think this ban was incorrect? At least partly, No. I did not recognize that this would be against the rules. On the other hand, i believe that it was not IRL trading in its definition. Read here and here.
6. Please list any other times you have been banned on any of our platforms: Thrice on economy, once on skywars.
7. Why would you like to be unbanned? I would like to be unbanned for multiple reasons, the first of which being is that no in real life money was involved. In reality, I was breaking the rules on a server so the user could report me and gain 'report points' for it. I asked if I could receive skybucks for it as of course, it would take up some of my time and I wanted to make a gain off of it. I am not sure if this is allowed as the rules are quite obscure when it comes to trading skybucks on economy for points or items on other Minecraft servers. The second reason I would like to be unbanned is that it would be easy and simple to give back the 5000 skybucks or buy items from /shop with it and void them. All of the actions that would have occurred on economy could be undone in a matter of seconds (and SplatBerry would simply have their report points and I would not have made anything out of it.

By the way, I could also get in touch with staff on the server SplatBerry was recieving report points on (server name) for them to remove the report points if required to get me unbanned.

 

Unfortunately, I don't feel this is being taken as seriously as it should be. Especially since you presumed you would be automatically unbanned by appealing. When you think through your actions a little bit more, please feel free to appeal again.
