Hey Question,

First of all, I would like to thank you for remaining patient through the appeal process. I wanted to make sure that I wrote a well-written response to this thread so we can proceed as fast as possible. Please read this in its entirety to ensure we continue through this process as efficiently as possible.

You were banned due to an on-going investigation regarding glitched/bugged items that came through your possession at some point and were eventually passed along to another player. This train of item exchange continued amongst a number of players and we were able to locate them in the end. The items located were nether stars that were somehow bugged out of the /shop menu. These items were named and illegal to own as they belong only within the menu. When searching for the original source of this glitch, we noticed you handled the two nether stars and stored them in a chest. Our logs show us a lot of useful information that makes things extremely easy to identify.

You mentioned that you have been inactive and just came back today. You also stated that you never had these items in your possession, which is different than what our server logs state. I will ask that you answer these next questions promptly and honestly. Honesty goes a very long way in the appeal process, so please ensure that you try your best to remember this information.

1. How did these bugged and named items come into your possession?
2. If these items weren't traded to you, did you find a way to remove these from the GUI? If so, how did you manage to achieve this task?
3. Why didn't you promptly alert the staff team of this possible glitch?

1. Ive never gotten a nether star on this server, my old island mate "Yeapyy" did but one never came into my possession. As well as this ive been on a road trip for the past 3 days (just coming home a few hours ago).

2. I didnt alert staff because i havent been online.

Ive literally not been playing as much since the 4th of July. Last thing I did since I left was open a chest with my independence pickaxes.
