    5. Do you think this mute was incorrect? I don't know, because I don't know the mute reason

    7. Why would you like to be unmuted: so I can talk to people against
    8. How will you prevent yourself from being muted again? I don't know because I do not know the mute reason, however I will be more gooder at rule following
