Im guessing this is for economy. In this case, I'll support this application. Though I don't know you well enough your moderation experience adds a lot of value to your application (though it is not needed).

I have no issue with Skyblock being a retreat from reality or being a support for you, however, what is the revalancy of this statement in regards to becoming a staff member? Just as you said, "it’s nothing new and is definitely nothing to do with this application," I would agree that the alts shouldn't have anything to do with it, however, the activities with these alts as of the past month seem to be repurposed to assist the community, therefore, it will have some impact to the application.

As for the map art situation I doesn't affect me directly and I'm open to hear your side of the story on discord. You stated that, "I know that you are friends with the player and frequently discord him so you will take his side on this matter." and I would appreciate it if you didn't assume my friendships or "stance" taken on the given situation. My issue is with how the situation was handled regardless of what was said on both sides, for example you and this other person were arguing about it in public chat. The situation shouldn't have been publicized and this could have been avoided by taking that arguement into either PM's or Discord once it started becoming an issue.

From my perspective you and this other person are both in the wrong for certain things but I believe it's due to immaturity from both parties. You have stated that, "I’d rather stay neutral with the player and not talk to them", however I do recall you and another player discrimating against this person about their age, and lack of maturity in public chat, which gives me reason to believe that staff wouldn't be appropriate position for you. Granted, you did help the player with their Buycraft issues, it doesn't excuse you for the unhelper like behaviors demonstrated.

I feel like what you said is completely wrong. Craney has always been nice to people before his application. Whatever issue you have with Craney shall be dealt between you two. I know for a fact that Craney isn't a bias person and would never be rude to anyone if they disagree with him. Instead, he would actually take their reply in consideration. It's also really rude for you to say "you hope he doesn't get the position for the sake of the server" because that's just completely inappropriate. I don't want to make this into an argument in an application so if you have something to say to me, DM me. I also didn't see Craney ever being rude to someone before this application. He's always been nice and in fact was told to apply because of his contribution to the Economy Community. However, if you feel so that Craney is rude and he disgusts you, you are more than welcome to think that. Just don't spread fake news about Craney's "rudeness". Some kind words can also be grateful to people.

Everything I said I meant and I am not going to dm you I don't have to justify my reasons but you are incorrect in multiple ways, you see Craney apparently values ingame minecraft economy money more than friendship and I have tried many times to resolve the situation but like I said Craney not only provokes me and the situation we are in but he is way to immature to try and have a conversation with and I have a lot of people behind me who agree so thanks for your input but please don't spread fake news.

I’d appreciate if you didn’t start a dispute on my application.

Jack, I have asked you very kindly whether you can DM me elsewhere rather than continue this on my application and I’d rather you do that than continue to do this here.

I don’t have to explain myself to anyone. But our friendship was broken after an event took place regarding an island expansion, the reason I haven’t resolved this problem with you is because every time I think of doing so, there is a rude gesture or remark thrown at me, which shows me that you are immature.
I have screenshots and proof that I do not provoke you in chat, and in fact the remarks you make are completely off your own back.
I have also helped you out multiple times since “falling out” so I would like you to take into account the fact that I’m being friendly towards you and actually helping you out within the community.

If you’d like any examples of unprovoked messages you have sent me, please message me elsewhere and I will attach them.

It would be highly appreciated if you no longer comment on my application as I feel it is starting to clog up the application with your replies that aren’t 100% necessary and could be said in a simple DM with me and you or you & Boba.
