Suggestion: Adding a /anvil command for SkyGod+ Function: It would be the same as a normal anvil, except it cannot break. Argument 1: Anvils are expensive, costing 31 iron and breaking quite quickly if used frequently. I often see players asking in chat: "Does anyone have a free anvil I could use?" and I often feel like people look at it and don't want to, or can't offer assistance because of the high cost of anvils. Almost all players use anvils at some point, to enchant, rename or to fix items, so I think that it would be very helpful if this became a command. Argument 2: Currently, the /fix command has a 20 minute cool-down which can be quite inconvenient for player wishing to fix their stuff. If /anvil were added (with no cool-down, I hope), players would be able to repair their items sooner but at a cost (xp and items being used). Argument 3: Since people have the /enchant command, the only uses currently for anvils is to combine a silk touch book with a tool or to rename an item/name tag. If this command were to be introduced, there might also be a greater amount of generosity in public services provided by big names in Skyblock (public anvils are a scarcity), as SkyGod+'s would no longer require them for personal use (other than decorating). Argument 4 (not player-oriented) The gap between SkyLord and SkyGod costs $50, and for that, you currently get: Not needing to eat Not being able to die /enchant and some cosmetic items. For $50 this doesn't seem like much, so I think that by adding a /anvil command, SkyGod would become more enticing to players wanting to upgrade as they will no longer need to spend large quantities of iron just to rename a few items. while you have some good arguments, i think by adding stuff that is supposed to be rare as a command for almost everyone to use you deviate even more from the fact that skyblock is supposed to be a "hard to obtain" kind of enviroment.
Good idea but skygod is already a good rank (better than skytitan in $ and perks) if its put on skytitan and donor400 it would be more worth for people to spend that much on skytitan for its perks
Support but I think it would make more sense putting it with skytitan it’s like a link of commands /repair > /anvil
this would be lightweight to add, always wanted a plugin like this as i always have to recraft anvils that take that half a stack and its just a waste
As much as I'd love this, I can't support it. This feels more like a luxury change than a needed change, and somewhat phase out in-game anvils. To my knowledge, the only thing anvils get used for (or should get used for) is renaming items, and adding a silk touch book to one of your tools. I'd much rather wait for a d400 to get on and let me use their /repair all than spending a million diamonds repairing my tools in an anvil. Or just slowly repair tools every 20 minutes as needed. Along with all that, whichever donor tier got the command would just be getting spammed with messages once people realized they had that power. Instead of players asking in chat "anyone have a public anvil?" it'd be direct messages to you asking for you to rename something for them, or combine some things. Anvils have 25 uses on average. Unless you're constantly renaming items for shops like I do, you shouldn't burn through them very fast. Then again, Skytitan+ really only has the faster kit cooldown and chat flexing rights, so maybe we do need some more perks I'm content with how the perks are now, though.
Maybe each rank could get a new special enchantment, Eg. Lord for fix, God for enchant, Titan for anvil
I was thinking about writing that, but I don't know all the equivalent ranks as I don't play eco :confused:
Skyblock - (+ ECONOMY) Reduce /repair time and Only set for pickaxes | Skyblock Forums I would say removed for everything but pickaxes the whole reason it was added in the first place was for people afk mining stone it didn’t have to be added for armor and other tools
I'll just list the ranks from worst/cheapest to best/expensivest: Premium(Skyknight similarities) VIP(Skyking similarities) Elite (Skylord colours and similarities) And Highroller(Skygod similarities) Commnands(Such as /fix and /god) /ec - VIP /fix - Elite /god - Highroller.
