You are going to have to earn a good reputation among the community. Stick around and get to know some of the other players and the server first.
1. There's a bunch of people on the server that could fix the bugs, but there's very few people who can be trusted with that kind of access to the server. 2. See above comment. Issues also probably relate to hardware, based on given information about what the server is run on. So best thing you could do is donate Noobcrew a couple thousand dollars. 3. I don't even know what you're trying to say here
