Yes i do, and i am still trying to get support from staff, when issued arrise that cause upset.


I am appealing this mute because I feel this was a targeted and intentional report, after being provoked by a player that knew it would cause me upset. they bullied me in game, in order to create an issue that they could then report. this particular player knows better than to intentionally provoke me, but both them and their partner continue to do so by sharing their accounts with each other.
Recently contracts that were put in place to keep me from their abuse and harm, were stopped with all parties including myself being told that any further reports would be dealt with fully including serious punishments.
So Of Course, both of these players are intentionally trying to get me banned by causing and creating issues over petty things and issues that literally did not exist until they interacted in chat making them. They know that if they can keep reporting me, itll get me month long punishments. they did this last 30d mute you gave me, and they've done this again. please can you see that this is them deliberaty causing these issues, im having to stand up for myself, because every time I ask your staff team for help. I get denied it and turned against on, using the evidences I provide, against me every time. and I cant open report tickets because they never get l;ooked at. I also repeatedly asked players in game, if they could get staff support, and I also messaged borahee trying to get support, before novembree muted me for 31 days.
so please, don't tell me that im not trying to get support when being bullied like this, because I do try,.
oblivion was not saying anything in chat all morning and day, whilst id been playing with my friends, mellow and tam and teaching mellow how to make a mapart, as they've never tried that before and I let them use my own mapart island to do so.
I went through the steps, and we made their first mapart, which was really fun to do. so id been talking in chat about making maps, and talking to my friends all day without a single problem.
Oblivion all this time, was logged on line with his account but just afk it seemed.
later that morning/early afternoon idk now, but we finished mapart, id made a new platform 9 and 3/4 mapart for my build islands, and with mellows help and my alt also, we did it in about 20 minutes which was really quick. *[I excitedly told chat about how fast we just did this panel, and then advertised, that my mapart island was available for rent now if anyone was interested.]

Oblivion, whod been online this entire time probably reading the chat ( even though he exclaimed he DIDNT read the chat before his comments) decides to post his mapart discord server, which hes been doing for many months now. I don't have any problems with that, just to be clear. considering id just posted that my mapart isle was for rent, the timing of his message was funny, and I just said "lol". nothing else, and was going to continue with talking to my friends, who were on my island with me playing at that time,. building on the trainstation build that's new.
Oblivion randomly starts going off on one at me, saying how "it isn't a compition, but you do you", and "you do you" repeatedly talking down to me.
ive never said any thing about a compition? and why is oblivion demanding to me that my mapart isn't a compition to begin with? where has that come from ?? that's not a nice thing to say, to anyone. but this is an economy server, built on competitive shops and buisnesses.
Oblivion deliberately starts talking down to me, infront of the entire "globlal chat" as oblivion kept reminding me, in RED, which hurts my eyes to read, and comes across as very rude given the context of what he was saying to me. I understand red colour is allowed, but there are nicer ways to talk to players.
he starts telling me to report his discord server,. and that I should keep up to date with current events [KNOWING im BANNED from discord, and been MUTED for 30 days prior thanks to his partner], bullying me and provoking me causing upset where there was none due. I have kept UpToDate with events, so saying that was rude, and ignorant. he said it to make me feel excluded from the community and server.
I have NO reason to report his server,. so I ask him why? and he then starts telling me to "JUST STOP ABBIE" and "Before you say or do something that gets you another mute" , as if he ahs the power tio act as staff and issue those punishments on me.
he has NO Reason, to be talking to me like this, or to be threatening me with mutes and reports. This is INTENTIONAL, TO CREATE A FAKE REPORT AGAINST ME, THAT STAFF CAN USE TO BAN ME.
Other friends, have since come to me to tell me, that kitty and oblivion have said they want me banned. please can you realise this hate crime against me is cyber bullying, abuseive, and hateful. they have never been supportive towards me, and have been subject of many and several bullying reports that have been turned against me. this is discriminative, because in every report ive tried to ask for support against this ongoing bullying for almost thee continuous years now, you've never shown me support and sided with these haters causing fake drama against me to get my issued with continuous punishments.
this server is no longer fun when staff are allowing KNOWN bullying to continue. i was having a really good day up until this bully decides to intentionally hurt and provoke and upset me, infront of the entire global chat as they kept pointing out. they didn't speak too anyone else at all in the server during this assult on me, and they didn't speak anything positive or supportive,. instead chosing to belittle, slander,. and provoke me into a response they deemed is reportable.
i understand the way i started to reply at the end of this attack was rude, and that i swear filter bypassed a few times, talking directly to oblivion. but i had to keep repeatedly telling him to leave me alone, and they wouldn't.
if he has such a big issue against me, he should be the better person and /ignore me as your staff keep telling me to do to them. every time i have, theve cause rumours and lies against me that have led to me having to un ignore them,. and tell them to leave me alone.
the entire narrative here, is me REPEATEDLY OVER AND OVER AND OVER, asking oblivion and kitty to actually, LEAVE ME THE HELL ALONE.
they are both bullies, and they have made every day in chat awful with how they always interact with me.
my friends have come to me with support in dms, and other players are realising whats happening here,. please reassure me that staff are actually going to handle this properly. im sorry for swearing, but that was AFTER i had repeatedly asked staff in dms for support, and asked players to open a ticket in support too. i was being put down, belittled, slanderd, intentionally provoked with hurtful and hateful comments, making demands to stop continioursly, and to report against them, over nothing, its so unfair that youre throwing 30+ punishments when im having to constantly defend against their attacks on me, and its like treading eggshells around both of them. if theyre in chat i have to stay quiet else they target me with even more hate!.


i hope that staff can show me support wioth this issue ive been trying to raise and report about ongoing bullying from oblivion and his partner. thanks for your time and consideration with this appeal.

Considering I've already had to endure and deal with over half of this punishment that I am appealing due to being targeted and unfair, ill be bumping this more frequently until I actually have a @Staff response that shows me some support for a change. Preferably a staff member that hasn't shown me reasons why they hate me side against me. and don't care about me over and over like bree has. I think thats fair enough for me to ask.
