You have continued to be rude towards a couple different players. There have been multiple complaints about your behavior. Michael had clearly stated in your previous appeal that any minor offenses would be enough to permanently ban you again. You have left rude forum posts and comments. You have harassed people in game when they had asked you to stop. It was up to you to keep yourself in check. Since you cannot respect people or just leave them be, we are putting you in time out from forums, /classic, /skyblock and /economy.

 

The problem here is you retaliated rather than messaging us and showing us your evidence that he is harassing you. Two wrongs don't make a right; especially if you are on your last chance. Just like monster was doing, you should take evidence if there is something wrong but never bite back. If you are doing the right thing you should never feel threatened by someone trying to get you banned.

 

But in the end, you disrespected him, so he did have a right to report you. Which is what we want you to stop doing so you don't get reported. As Cyk said, it wasn't just monster you said things to but others in the community.

DietPepsi22, it is time to consider the entirety of your situation.

You called Monster_Sparklez a clown three times in the same day at the beginning of this week, twice on forums and once in game. You have had an attitude in your comments towards other players in game. You have said this quote, "People ignore me because people are too sensative on here, not my fault lol." Just earlier today you repeatededly said that Monster_Sparklez is a scammer. This is libel, you intentionally tried to ruin his reputation.

These are all clear examples of breaking our chat rules by being disrespectful. Here is a great definition about harassment from wikipedia:

Harassment covers a wide range of behaviors of an offensive nature. It is commonly understood as behavior that demeans, humiliates or embarrasses a person...these are behaviors that appear to be disturbing, upsetting or threatening.​

All of your recent actions fall under harassment, which was a part of the reason for your former permanent ban.

If you want drama to stop, you have to walk away from it first. You know we have the /ignore command available for all players to use. You should have used that at the very beginning instead of squabbling enough in game and on forums to escalate the situation to deserve another ban.

The whole point of this appeal should be for you to prove that you are mature enough to handle situations to not cause more problems between you and other players. Instead you think you are absolutely blameless. You only want Monster_Sparklez to stop without saying any steps you are willing to take to end this kind of situation from happening. You said you stopped bothering him, but you clearly didn't because you said he scams new players just hours ago.

Krissy is absolutely right, we will have a separate conversation with Monster_Sparklez. But you cannot blame him for your actions. You cannot blame him for what you say back. What you say and how you say it is all decided by you, and you have to take responsibility for it.

You are literally on your final chance. I expect for you to admit that your words and choices made the situation between you and Monster_Sparklez and other players worse, not better. You must say how you plan to moderate yourself in the future. You have to learn to just report a problem exists instead of choosing to talk back. You need to accept that retaliaton and escalation are not the solutions to any issues.

You are the one who has to not break the rules. You are the one who has to decide to not hurt people with what you say.

You ignoring Monster_Sparklez does not stop other people from complaining about you. They have already done so.

For you, because you were already perm banned, no amount of rude comments is acceptable:

None of your recent behavior is ok or acceptable. It does not matter that you did not use swear words. Your long history of misbehaving speaks for itself. That is why we are being very serious.

If you really cannot understand what I have written, and if you really cannot accept that your behavior was disrespectful and against the rules, then you have no place in this community.
