        I also forgot to mention the Basset clarinet and Basset horn. Basset clarinet is a Bb clarinet but goes to down a low C, unlike regular Bb clarinets, which only reach an E. On a basset clarinet, C can be played in 5 octaves. The basset horn is also a clarinet (don't let the name trick you) and is noted in the key of F.

        No one uses either of those clarinets anymore, but I know for sure some people still have them. Basset horn looks A LOT like the bass clarinet, but is a bit shorter, and you don't have to play it sitting down.
