i think this would be a nice way to speed up the process and also you can't silk touch grass so i don't think it would encourage island...

It's really quick to turn dirt into grass just place torches all over the dirt and make sure you have enough "seed" grass blocks lol ive...

lock island to daytime to speed it up , u need light for grass to grow onto other blocks clearly this is an ECO issue Lmao
