    On the Skyblock server:

    I don't know what I did and I am new.

    00memelord00 has been banned: the reason that minecraft give my was please close chargeback to get unbanned.

    plz help.

    Have you or another player bought anything for you on the skyblock server? This happens when someone opens a chargeback (tries to refund) a purchase made on our server.

    No, I did not know you can buy things for the server in the first place.

    I did vote and got a crate key for that, but I don't think that would be the problem.

    what stuff could I buy and how will someone else make me buy something?

    People are able to buy things from shop.skyblock.net for other players and that could have happened and they then chargeback'ed the purchase. Kerahna may be able to check the records for you to see what was bought and chargeback'ed on your account.

    I couldn't find any records of purchases under your name directly, so it might have been one purchased as a gift for you. Did you receive any upgrades or items recently that you weren't expecting?

    It looks like someone bought you a rank as a gift, and then charged back the gift card used to make that purchase. I will be able to unban you but your rank will be removed.
