I'm banned?

    Hi,

    I just discovered that I am banned from shop.skyblock.net (Lz3_ has been banned from this webstore) on both Lz3_ and my alt Lz4.

    I have not ever made a chargeback or had a problem with a purchase. My last purchase were some legendary keys. I have no clue why this happened, I don't intend to buy anything any time soon (although I have upgraded someone recently), but I'd like to know why I'm banned eitherway as this could hurt my buycraft reputation I presume.

    You're not on the ban list and there are no recorded chargebacks. Can you send a screenshot of the ban message?

    I tried entering my name as Lz3_ and it allowed me to add items to cart. Have you tried with a different browser?

    Tried a different browser, unfortunately still banned.
    Just pondering, my entire wifi network runs through a VPN connected to the router. Could this be the cause?
    Or is it a weird bug that might disappear in a few days?

    Are you logged in to tebex at all at the top of the screen, via an email address? I don't know what is causing your problem as it doesn't show from my end at all that your minecraft account is banned.

    I checked just now, the Lz3_ account isn't banned as far as I can tell.

    Suggest trying again without a VPN to see if it makes a difference.

    It works again. Haven't changed anything to my knowledge, but I'll take it.
