Hi, I am archerexpert777 or known as archer. I am from the United States, more specifically in California. I am 21 years old and currently a full time student pursuing a Business Degree. I have plans to pursue a Masters Degree in Business once I get into university.

English and a little bit of Spanish. I have taken two Spanish classes in my last year of high school so I have a basic understanding of some Spanish, as part of the high school graduation requirement

If I am on a computer, I have F2 as well as Windows Game recorder to use at my disposal.

If I am on ChatCraft (or any other application that gives me access to the server chat) I obviously have the ability to take a screenshot as well as screen record.

Why do you think you should become a mod?

• Helpful: I'm going to be straight on this. I like being helpful. Not because I have to, but I always like to do. I’ve helped many people since I joined this server. It’s not just in-game, it’s also outside of the server for real-life issues. I try my best to assist the player in any way possible. I'm generous when it comes to players (non-donors and donors) asking for a few items or just need a lending hand. I'm always happy to come and assist .

• Active: Despite being a Full-time Community College student working towards a couple of AA degrees, I try being as active as much I can be while balancing my personal, school and social life. On all platforms I am on almost everyday. My activity is shown below .

• Real Life Experiences: I may not have experience moderating, but I have held a few real life positions that gave me experience on handling people. I may be a bit old, but I have mentored a lot of people with everything. I believe in suitable for this position because I have dealt with many things, some were good some were bad. All those experience have lead me to where I am at right now.

• Honest: A great moderator is someone who has these characteristics transparency and honestly. I always try to be transparent as much as possible towards players because I believe they deserve my takeaway with the least amount of bias in it.

• Mature: This is from my viewpoint and can be subjective to a lot of people. I joke and tease around with my friends. Sure I may have said some things that can be a bit immature I will not deny that. It happens to me and to all of us at some point. Despite that I'm always improving day by day. I'll never be perfect but I can be mature enough to satisfy the needs of the job.

• The Need for Moderators: Currently, there is one moderator in my time zone, as the last one has resigned, almost 2 years ago. Often when I get on, there are no moderators/helpers to help out. That being said, in my opinion, (can be disagreeable) we need more pacific time mods.

• Cooperative: I am always cooperative towards many players whether it would be discussing how to start their island or on helping them build what they want. I don't put my views in others way and I give advice when its needed. I have helped a few mods in certain situations and I would be glad to help them again because it makes me happy inside that I get to build a relationship with the staff team.

How long can you be active on the server every day?
I am on 1-2 hours everyday or at least most days. As I said in the past I am a Full-Time community college student who has a part time job (not working due to coronavirus) as well as holding a Director position in Student Government. That being said I do have the time to get in game. Below me reflects a fairly accurate schedule

Apart from a glitch that banned me unexpectedly in 2016, I have only been banned once in-game. I realized that I made a joke which went too far and fully accept the responsibility**.

I have been banned on forums twice for minor infractions, all of them were more than 2 years ago. One was for saying a sexual word and the other was for posting a thread about these poor kids that suffered. PM me about the details. So far I have not encountered any new forum bans.

Same for discord. I have zero bans. However I did get a kick but that was for something I didn't do and that was over 2 years ago.

Needless to say I'm a mostly clean player who is highly respected among the community

I think youre a friendly player. An exceptionally friendly player. But youre more active on discord than anything else. i get you have a college schedule but if things are gonna be inconsistent with times, Im gonna stick with a neutral. im leaning towards support. good luck, archer

No support, you’re quite open about how you’re rarely able to get in game - that’s what we need moderated the most. You’re extremely friendly and I know you only want the best for players, however in some aspects you are very immature.
I’d like to see improvements on in game activity, and overall maturity.

There is no doubt that you are friendly and experienced. You're basically everywhere and I've never seen you disrespect anyone or start drama on the server or on discord. Im not really sure about the mature part and im still not fully convinced about your age but ok. I think its a good thing that you include your times and that you might be busy at some times during the year and in my opinion thats a good thing because at least you own up to it and tell us in advance unlike the multiple mods who havent even given any explanation and disappeared and are still somehow mod.
And we do have many usa mods but im not sure that they are very active. And you as a player are 100% more active than those mods I just mentioned. When Ive seen u online you always helped people who asked stuff and if you just worked on that activity it would be perfect.
For now I dont see anything that speaks against this so why not?

While I do think you are a cool guy, you aren't online frequently enough and I don't see you helping out. You are very active on forums so that's great. I can't speak for discord because I don't go on there frequently. But yeah neutral for now.
