The only reason I really took time to consider reading this, is bc you were advertising your mod application all over the server. Saying "I can't wait to get mod" or "I should get mod in no time!" So I suppose I'll review this. Firstly, I will review you based on what I know of you.

Firstly, I cringe everytime you say " I should get mod in no time!" or "I can't wait to get mod" or when you advertise yourself for mod. If I'm going to be honest, it is very very annoying. You rate disagree on people's opinions regarding your mod app. You aren't very active on forums or in game, need I mention that you just met the requirements. From the way you talk and act, it sounds like the only reason you got forums is so that you could apply, which doesn't really say you actually care about the community. We want people who care about this community, not those who got forums just for the purpose of gaining power on the server. I don't see you helping out at all, the only thing I've seen you do is advertise yourself as mod. From my review of what I know about you, I say no support.

Enough about you, now to review your mod application. I will specifically point out what I think could be improved:

ok dude, everyone says they are mature. Saying you are mature is waaayyy overdone. What is something unique you have compared to everyone else? What makes you so different that cyp would want to choose you?

I don't think you are mature at all considering what everyone has said. I also don't think you are a very good role model for those younger than you. The staff team may be lacking, however the majority of those active are professional. You belittled the staff in this part of your application, as well as implied that they are inexperienced whereas you are experienced. NEWS FLASH: This is the staff team you will have to work with, if you can't get along with them, then you won't be able to make it. You claim you will abide by the rules, yet you were recently banned according to fungamer. a BIG NO on this entire paragraph. It's very very boring to read, ill-formatted, and it degrades our staff team. you need to delete, and completely remake this paragraph, the question asked why you want to be mod, it didn't ask you to say the mods are incompetent.

Don't say you didn't deserve the ban, that is a huge no-no never do that.

Not only are you not active, or helpful, but you mod application is terrible. It needs a lot of stuff completely redone. I would actually suggest you delete it and make a new one, it is degrading, and incredibly immature. You lie within your mod application. Saying you're mature, then proceeding to have an immature application. you might think you are close to mod, but believe me, you are far from it. I don't want somebody with an attitude like yours in charge of this server. I would suggest you lock this mod app, and improve before asking for more input. No support

You were supposed to cringe when I was saying that on the server when I said "Can't wait till I'm mod" and btw I never promoted my application to ANYONE, you just said "Ok I'll check your application out" Whats the problem with disagreeing with peoples opinions. Onto the Application
Cyp already knows I'm mature I don't have to prove to the community I'm mature amigo. Who makes the final decision on the applications? Cyp.

I said the staff team was lacking, so If I joined I could change it up and bring what I can bring to the table.
You just take peoples opinions on me and turn them into your own. I have no idea who you either so don't just imply that I'm immature and everyone hates me. As you can tell only the staff and people who kiss up to the staff don't like me because I'm not afraid to say that they are not doing their job right.

Ironic how you say my application is terrible when all the real users who know what the problems are agreed with me.
I'm active every day so I have no idea where you're getting that from. You don't even know me how do you know my attitude lmao.

Don't tell me how to format my application, I'm not like everyone else who does the same thing for "Why do you want to be a moderator" listing pointless traits about themselves no one cares about. My application is not immature lmao, where are you getting these things from amigo, just beacause people say stuff about me doesn't mean you have to automaticlly agree with them because they are of a high-rank. Have your own opinion for once instead of looking at what other people said to fit in.

I know cyp. Even if he promotes you, you won't last long at all. You fail to be mature, and you are being very very disrespectful. I'm not sucking up, I'm speaking from experience and for myself. For someone who is mature, you don't act it. you're 16 years old mate. Ignorance will be your downfall. You will fail with this attitude.

On the application:
You've answered most of the questions very efficiently and correctly--more than I can say for a lot of applicants. You seem to have a clear and to-the-point writing style (you are 16, after all, we can hope one has learnt how to write by that age), though I do have some concerns over the content of your application. I mean this with the utmost respect, but offending your potential future colleagues isn't generally the way someone lands a job. Most of what you've written is pointing out how you'd be better than the current staff team, but that is not the point of a moderator application. Maybe when you're looking to become a super mod, but your competition right now is other applicants, not the staff team. You're trying to prove why you've better than them. As well as this, by disrespecting the staff team, you're insulting Cyp's decision to promote them onto the team.
I would generally advise writing a bit more. A paragraph generally contains one topic of discussion, however, you have one big ol' paragraph that contains all of your reasoning. It's better to have a few really compelling reasons than a large amount of flakey ones.
Formatting is hardly important, but here's my opinion: underlining doesn't look that good, and you might want to make a colour scheme, even if it's subtle.

On the applicant:
I'm automatically suspicious of anyone with 'FC' in their name, but I'll look past that for the moment I'm a little worried about the position you've taken in this application: several moderators have expressed their concern over you becoming a mod. Usually I would take this but base my support on the actions I've witnessed, however, you rated almost all of their posts with the 'disagree' rating. This does not show the mental maturity and thick skin that a moderator needs to have. It is absolutely vital that a moderator can take into account feedback. If you think their feedback isn't worth anything, then don't respond to it! It's not worth your time.
I really don't know you very well. I'm pretty sure I've seen you both online and on Discord, but I would very much like to see you on the forums as well. Signing up for moderator entails both moderation of the forums and the server.

I don't really have enough verified information to say support or no support, but I'm going to say neutral, leaning towards no support due to your actions in this application.

Here's my opinion and take on your application.

I personally think your application looks good, it is well formatted, thoroughly answered, etc.

However, when I played a couple years ago, (yes this was a couple of years ago) I never saw so much "arguing" if I can even call it that from the applicant. Most of the comments I have seen would have gotten the app denied much faster in 2014.

Trust me, I can't say much about the total application. (When I made a mod app in 2014 it was trash and NEEDED to be denied)

I understand you want to prove you are right and never lose arguments but that is not a good trait from a staff member, and not entirely mature. My 20 year old brother does the same thing, and as a younger brother I see it as immature and plainly stupid. Mature people need to know to admit when they are wrong, or admit when they are at fault.

The application is good looking, and nicely made, but my suggestions would be to take things you disagree with, with a grain of salt. Listening to staff members is a good idea though, I mean, some of them had to make the same application you did!

However, I do not have anything to do with the application process and just thought I'd give my 2 cents, I am extremely neutral on this app.

• You grabbed my IP and dox’d me, but you got the wrong city / grabbed my IP
• You said you lived in Philadelphia although on your app you said PST which results in lying
• You are very rude to other players and I

 

again Zlatan, just more reasons not to support you. dox is a very serious thing. I really really doubt you will win this argument. you will need a lot more than luck.
