"You cannot fly on this server"

Greetings whomever will see this.
A very long time ago (many years ago) I stopped playing on this server for the simple reason that I simply couldn't enter the server because of me "flying".
The problem with this is that I wasn't hacking in any way, and I had somehow glitched into a position that could be seen as "flying".
Is there any way to solve this?
For added info: sometimes when I log onto the server, I can see a couple of frames of the game, and I'm looking down, about 1-2 blocks above some cobblestone, from what I can see.

Thank you so much for responding, but unfortunately the server still thinks that I am flying.
I tried going on the skywars.com server and then going to the /classic server, and I was able to see more, but I still cannot play on the server.
Would it be possible to force tp me away? (my in game name is : "Tzerwich")

Sorry just as an update, I've just changed my Minecraft name to "Zer02B", as it is also the name I use on other games...
