(Survival Skyblock,XxItzhakxX,K41YU,Advertising) So, K41YU temp-banned me, XxItzhakxX for 30 days for "advertising" my realm. I have not read the rules at the moment. I think I was banned for advertising my realm, asking people to join me. I find it somewhat understandable, because in K41YU's eyes, he could have seen me trying to get people to leave Skyblock.net for my server. I think this was an incorrect ban for multiple reasons. 1. I was only trying to get some people to join my realm. I have NOT been banned before. I feel like I should not have received that because I was just looking for people to play with on the new realm I purchased. Nobody wanted to play, so I asked some of my friends on Skyblock Survival, thinking they might be interested. 8 dollars wasted, and also banned from my favorite thing on Minecraft. I am truly angry at this whole situation, just because I wanted some friends to play with. I think I should be unbanned because I was harmlessly asking some people to just check out my new realm. Thank you for considering this.

 

Server Rules | Skyblock Forums - “Advertising servers not owned by Noobcrew, in public chat, is against our server rules. Most server names and suspicious IPs will be caught by our filter; however, you may still be punished for either attempting to evade the filter, or successfully doing so.”

It’s a common rule, advertising other servers is rude whether or not you are trying to make people leave the server. I will remove the ban but I highly I suggest you take your advertising elsewhere. If you are found to be advertising again, I will reinstate the ban and deny your appeal.
