Yes I have read the rules and i haven't broke them.. I had a few stacks of sand from months and months ago and thats the reason i think i was banned and this was an incorrect ban im sorry if you think wrong just take the sand.

I have never been banned on .org before.

i think i should be unbanned because i havent done anything wrong they could have atleast asked me how did i get it and wait for a reply but i had just got banned.

Hello Magic. We did wait a while for you to Come back from AFK before banning you.

But, That was Quite a LOT of Sand and Dirt to be had with Adminshop not being around for a long while till recently.

 

Im sorry went and made some bacon xD and im sorry, i had gotten it all legit though, and i worked really hard to get it all and create my farms:/

 

Just be patient ad wait for PC. I want to confer with him since we Both were in this ban.

Okay, i just thought i guess i did island farm cause when i restarted i took it all with me from my old island:/ sorry, could i just get an unban and you confiscate the sand?:/

 

The sand could of been bought in admin shop, but you also had over 3 stacks of powered rails in one chest. Which if gotten legit would of meant it would of cost you over 180 gold. Which with gold as rare as it is would be impossible to get. Also, I do not remember seeing you on when the admin shop did sell sand, as expensive as it was.

 

Your farms were also of excessive size. Any other mods have an opinion?

I do not remember seeing you around in old adminshop times, also, even if you were all that sand would of added up to exactly 600k. I dont think you had that much. You also had over 3500 dirt and thensome which would of added up to alot, considering grass is worth around 200 each. That totals to around 800k for all your grass. Plus we are not allowed to take excuses such as "my coop" unless he admits it himself or you have proof he did. If you just admit it then you have a bigger shot. All the mods I have talked to said that this is pretty impossible, considering you were just starting the server in old admin shop times

So I went back today and counted all your items.

I find it odd how the ratio of sand and dirt line up to those of a new island. Not exact but close to it.

You have:

• 3817 Dirt
• 228 Ice
• 211 Sand
• 38 Glass Blocks
• 32 Glass Panes
• 329 Grass/Dirt at your other warp.

Now this doesn't mean you island farmed, but how come I found a lot of islands with only chests, bedrock and sometimes a tree? These islands were not too far from your location. You also don't even have a water pool; so I don't see how you got the ice.

 

If this server has logblock go and logblock it i can promise you i havent touched an island around me.. also the islands are protected how am i suppost to island farm?

 

The way i see it is you spend money to make money and thats what i did and i dont see why i should get banned for this?:/ i have admitted to starting a newisland with sand but the rest is all earned:/

If thats so, i should have been banned for griefing, which would have also been an incorrect ban because i haven't touched any islands around me can you just logblock it or something because i have done nothing wrong i have been banned for the wrong things and i even offered to give a mod my sand or take it?

After thinking it over, and hearing what the other staff have to say, I'm gonna chalk this up to me being over paranoid and let you return.
