So starting this off since this will be very confusing, this account belonged to XDisawesome, but he moved to China, and gave the account to me. But he said he should have been unbanned by the time I get ahold of the account. But he is/I am still banned on both servers.

It was XDisawesome at the time of the bans and the entirety of the time he played on the servers. He changed it to Leviticus19_28 after said bans. I changed it again after that to Shakespearienne.

Because the account is owned by a new person who hasn't done anything wrong yet.

First of all, you're going to explain why I won't be unbanned because I don't understand why . From what I understood from Drew, he wasn't supposed to be banned on skyblock.net anyway. Also, after talking to him yesterday, he also told me that his ban on skyblock.org was requested, and he could then request an unban. He gave me the account because he moved to China and will not have a stable internet connection for up to the next 4-5 years. Also, not everyone has the privilege of spending $30 to buy a Minecraft account, especially when I could/did get one for free. Also I contacted his skyblock.org banning moderator yesterday, and she said that the account should have been unbanned by now anyway.
