1. Server banned on: The server I am banned on is skyblock.net, or the /survival server.
2. In game username: My username at the moment is xBrokenDreamsx, I was RealTDITyler at the time of the ban.
3. The ban message: The ban message was changed to "-Roblox" because it changed to the "Ban Hammer"
4. Did I read the rules: I read the rules, but I was dumb enough to break them, intentionally or not.
5. Why do I think I was banned: I now understand why Roblox banned me. He thought I was going to scam with a fake soap, when I was actually oblivious to the fact it was fake. After all my past bans it obviously looked unconvincing.
6. Was this fair: I now feel the ban was a fair one, I mean, it looked like an attempted scam.
7. Any past bans: I have had quite a few past bans sadly.
8. Reasons for unban:

Alright before we start, I'm not going to use any excuses like "you're singling me out" or "others are worse than me" etc. I'm going to be honest and ignore anyone elses bans. This is MY ban, and others bans are none of my business. I'm also not going to use excuses like "a friend died so I'm depressed" or something dumb like that. Okay, we get it.
On this server I've made many friends (and enemies ) that want to see me on .Net. It's so sad that they can't see me on there. Some people believe I have changed, but you probably don't because of the last time I convinced you on skyblock.org. I know it's impossible to please everyone, I know it's impossible to be everyone's friend. I should have remembered the soap was fake, I should have payed attention. I've gotten used to being banned and know it's not fun. I know on Mineverse, I am not everyone's favorite, and occasionally a little rude. I've been working on it and I've been much better than what I was last year. Lots of people have wanted me to appeal, if it wasn't for all my supporters, I wouldn't be appealing tonight. It's been almost a year of being banned from the server. Noobcrew once said people come back changed, or come back with no lesson leaned at all. I know this ban was also taken into account with all my past bans as well. It does indeed look like an infinite loop of breaking rules, I'm sorry for my immaturity. Sean unbanned me from the forums, because he felt I'd changed. I probably wouldn't be here if it weren't for him. Also with rudeness to others, I've started using /ignore on Mineverse and am currently accepting the fact I cannot be everyone's friend. I try to not make enemies, but if I do, I ignore them. I will sometimes report, but oh well.
After many past bans, it's not going to be easy convincing anyone. How I could have prevented this accident was asking if it was real before trying to sell it, OR if I remembered, I'd say it's fake in the auction. I also understand you took my other bans into account, which is what every moderator does. I am sorry for how I treated you that day, and I know there is no way I can make up for it. Whatever you tell me, whatever you do with this appeal, I don't blame you. I will respect whatever choice you make.
I also understand I've been immature on .Org a few times since I came back, but I have no intentions for a perm ban. I'm banned on there for a while because I felt a forums ban was unfair. I'm not going to bother appealing for .Org as it's temp, but if someone made it perm, fair enough.
I also understand I've been constantly warned by staff on the forums for "post farming" or whatnot and it makes me look immature. (I am immature, but people believe I'm better. Everyone is immature in a good or bad way )
Alright, Roblox I understand if the first thing you do is instantly deny this, but I've done as much as I can to convince you so far. Ask me a few questions, talk to me even. Whatever choice will be respected and if this gets denied, I will have my head held high.

We've been over that you're not being unbanned on .net. You've done nothing on forums or ingame to convince me that you should have another chance at the server. You're rude and disrespectful on forums, and you're not going to be given another chance.
You've had many last chances and you continued over and over to break the trust of the staff team. Your attitude does not at all reflect on the conditions I gave you for a .net unban. I told you if I didn't like how you were acting, then I wouldn't unban you, and you proved that you're still not ready to come back.
I'll let you reply to see what you have to say, but keep in mind your chances of me changing my mind are slim to none.

 

I'm generally nice on forums? I have had the odd rudeness or stubbornness but only in my defense. Quite a few people are easy to annoy, but I've been learning.
I'm normally a pretty defensive person, like when people blamed me for post farming.
What can I do on the forums to convince you? I've tried being helpful but I have a lack of knowledge about Net and most people need help there. It's been a year now, can't you see I'm sorry for my mistake.
Anyway, about the soap I forgot it was fake. The ban was originally for that. I can't believe it took so long for me to figure it out.
I was a threat to the server and it seems I'm kind of still one.
I'd do anything to convince you, I'd do anything to make up for my mistakes, I'd do anything to be forgiven. I'd do anything for one day on Net.
I've been trying to change my attitude, but not being able to ignore a couple of staff irritates me that I have to deal with them. I'm slowly learning to deal with the fact you can't hide forever. Some servers you have to use your brain to ignore people, it's helping me improve, but not enough.
Please tell me EVERYTHING I STILL need to work on. I need advice for what I've failed to achieve.
On a side note, why did you consider my Org ban anyway?

Take this for example, you disrespect players and staff, as well as the rules. You locked your conversations, stating that it's suddenly abuse if a staff member warns you. You can't just disrespect the rules like that.

 

It doesn't seem like it, but I was just joking around as Stel got the idea in my head. I also locked it not just for the joking around, but because I wanted to lock my profile and conversations as I wanted to have no contact with a few certain people. I have the right to lock my conversations. I have the right to block communication as I'm not a staff member.
I unlocked them knowing it wasn't right to joke around like that, hence why everyone can view my profile, news feed or start a conversation. I knew that joking wasn't right so I stopped.

 

These are just a few examples of how you've been acting on the forums.

 

Quite a few people get salty. I'm a fairly salty person.
Nocturnish and I kind of have a big grudge atm, that's why I told him to piss off at the time, as he was being rude to me.
The majority of those were almost a month ago. I was accused for reporting for my personal feuds, when I was trying to avoid post farming. I got warned by someone for posting lots, when everyone does. I might have been spamming the report button, but I've just been reporting people for what I get in trouble for doing.
I also can't really blame real life, but everything's been so stressful, thought you should know. (oh not that important but oh well)
I told everyone I hadn't changed, but they keep insisting that I have.
I have a hot temper, especially with people I dislike.
I know I'm not the most mature person half the time, but this ban wasn't for maturity. I know my maturity is testing to see if I'm worthy to be allowed back on .Net, but yea...
I know my punishments are much harsher as I was a really toxic repeat offender.
How can I convince you?

You still need to prove to me that you're mature enough to come back. Those posts were only a few weeks ago.

Well, I know in your perspective I'm too immature, but in mine I believe I'm mature enough to handle Skyblock. I poured out everything I wanted to say in the very first post of this appeal.
I believe I deserve another chance and I'd do anything to prove it.
I told her I didn't want her to convince you, but she insisted. This is why I don't let people see how my appeal is going .-.
I'm sorry. Some people take longer than others to change and I believe I've changed. Yes, I swear in PM on .Org, but it's never directed at anyone. PMs are meant to be private anyway and people swear in PMS like 90% of the time. I'm also working on my stubborn bland attitude.

 

I've given this some thought overnight, when I said you haven't changed and you're not mature, It's not fully true, however, I'm not totally satisfied with your overall attitude yet. You've changed alot since I banned you initially, and although I believe you have a lot to work on, I'm going to give you a final chance. This does come with conditions however, your next ban will be a permanent one, and before you are actually unbanned, I want you to work on your attitude more, on .org and on the forums. I'm going to change your ban to a 6 day tempban, and for your sake, I should hope you have improved by then.
