so i got an xbox one S for christmas, and it said i had to update it, so i did. but it didnt work. it says ''there was a problem with the update''. please help. ive tried calling microsoft and they cant answer, i tried troubleshooting. didnt work. i checked my network connection. nothing.

 

Uh, go check Yahoo or something, someone's bound to have already had this issue. I've not even got an XBox, so I can't help.
