i was hopping around placing blocks at trade minding my own business and my minecraft crashed

so i reload minecraft and try to log in and it says i have been banned for 1 hour... why is this?

 

System detected something wrong such as you flying without permission. It's only one hour though. Whatever you did wrong (for example if you really where flying and are not telling the entire story) then just wait it out.
