the only workout I do is with my right arm tbh I'm not even joking as I don't work out. I know it's healthy and everything but I have the asian metabolisms and like lmao I can take down three burritos and a pizza and not gain a pound so I don't see the point in working out. and then there's my slightly buff right arm
That's like me omg. I can eat so much and gain nothing. I can work out so much and nothing changes. It's really funny actually cause I can just stuff down a s*** ton of food without worry

you learn to love the pain, and provided you have good form you shouldn't have actual pain just that muscle ache goodness. leg day though...
