    Okay i was told by Mechanism that windows 10 is a spy meaning that if you do something illegal Microsoft will know about it well I have a Vpn but i dont know if it protects me >_>

    VPN allows you to connect to websites/games using another IP. It doesn't help your software .-.

    You can disable it. It's what I did.

    Google how to disable it.
