why does it say that my ip is untrusted

hello. when i tried to join the server for the first time, it said my ip is untrusted

 

If you receive an error message saying your IP does not seem safe when connecting to the server, please go through the following steps to help you successfully log on.

1. If you are using a VPN, please turn it off before connecting to Skyblock.
2. If you are not currently running version 1.12.2, switch to this version in your launcher as the server runs on it.
3. If you are still unable to log on to Skyblock, connect to our Skywars Server using the IP skywars.com. If you successfully connect, type /skyblock. You will then be transferred to Skyblock.

If the above solutions don't work, please ping a Staff Member for further assistance. Be prepared to provide an image of your disconnect message as well as your username.
