They were busy I mean what. Anyways the top voters-threads are often made a few days after the last day of the previous month. For example march top voters got their coupons after like a week or so. So all you can do is wait until they have posted the thread and who knows they might do it tomorrow or so.
Yeah its a bit early for the votes to come up. And regardless if the vote numbers are released 5 days late or on time the winners will be the same.
