The "rules on proof" are fairly broad: You must have it in order to take action. Who's to say if an incident actually happened without proof? Not really stated anywhere officially on the forums, it's just sort of a known thing. It is, however, on the official Mineverse/Skyblock twitter page (as shown by Natalia). I'll actually see if we can have it clearly stated in the report forum that evidence is required when reporting a player for breaking a rule. Closing.
