When i send a message to PayGol it says "payment processing"

    Hi, as you can see in the subject it says "payment processing" But i have now almost been waiting for 2 days to get the package to 50$ and it still says "payment processing" when i send a new message. I need help because when i keep sending a new message it says the same, over and over again.
