So far I have used a little over 2500 Diamonds and 18 stacks of grass. I converted all diamonds into quartz, so I have used 10K quartz blocks.

If you would like to see, do /visit Isothermic, find the stone gen, jump down the hole, and there you go.

I will add photos and update the diamonds and grass usage as I progress.

My island is probably about 4 - 8 diamonds.

 

My island is terraformed so over 1 DC of grass at least.

It's got a crew head, 16 beacons, a guardian spawner and a lot of grass.

My island is worth probably negative diamonds. Like, I'd have to pay diamonds in order for someone to want to buy it.

Probably 15 diamonds at most?

 

I have like 20 spawners placed (100+ diamonds), a beacon (240~ diamonds), a few stacks of grass (10-15 diamonds) and a bunch of other blocks used to build my island (10~ diamonds), which I would estimate totals to around 360~ diamonds.

edit: and by this i mean my alt's island, not the island i'm co-oped with stel, because that honestly costs probably hundreds/thousands of diamonds that i took no part in contributing to

 

mine probably, it has 4 spawners worth 1500 diamonds each 6000 diamonds + heaps of beacons

 

and mine cost over a DC and a half of grass blcoks
