So I built eight shops right now on my island, and I'm stuck on what I should build next.

For reference, I built these shops already:
-Ores and minerals
-Wood
-Nether Items
-Stones
-Glass
-Prismarine
-Snow and Ice
-Crate keys

I would like suggestions on what shop I should do next. I don't care what it is but I'm really stuck on what I should build next.
