No, but most users have only one Card anyway and if the Card they have is getting obsolete they won't add a second one to make up for it, they will simply buy a more recent one. Honestly, 99% don't even need SLI. It's just a nice Thing to brag about, but useless to most users. If I really Need that extra graphic power I'd get a Titan X Pascal before getting two SLI 1070. The second Card doesn't get 16 lanes anyway.
