I don't really know what is the best biome, if there is one, but I'd like to know wich are the nicest or better to live on. Thanks!
The best in terms of selling is Jungle, and the grass looks great for terraforming. It is however rare and expensive.

The best biomes varies for what you like, Jungle is the most vibrant grass though, while deserts and mesas are the most dull. Dark Forest Biomes(Roofed Forests) are the darkest. Here is a full list of biomes, and how they look. Biome – Official Minecraft Wiki
I, personally, like the biomes that convert water into ice because then you can make an ice farm then sell ice for a good price.
My favourite biome is Flower Forest. Many people like the jungle biome for its grass, and the swamp for the blue orchids, but the swamp has disgusting water and grass. Ice biomes are handy too. It's just a matter of what you're planning on doing with your island.
Im a Swampland fan. As a terraformer nothing looks better than a dark green cover to contrast a build. Great stuff but a hard biome to find!
Depends on how you wish to play. I am a player that enjoys survival. I personally prefer high mountains in a taiga biome. You can get snow to create snow golems, you can create ice, and mobs don't spawn as frequently on mountains.
SwapLand is currently the most searched biome and it's considered as a rare biome. I like it, because it can have little flowers
