I did not want to break any rules in the first place, and wouldn't have built one if it was clear that I couldn't build any. You telling me in-game was already enough, but I assure you again in this appeal that I still don't intend to break any rules and build flying machines.

This sentence was said in-game and this one sentence could've been the entire appeal. Nothing has changed, I will still not build any
