Using a gift card [NetherTDE]

    Your in-game name: NetherTDE
    What item/donor package: $25 Donor Package
    Transaction ID/Picture of the receipt. I do not have one because I can't buy it.
    What I am experiencing: I am using a visa gift card and it says the card verification number is not valid and that the billing information is not valid either! Please help! Thanks!

    Did you activate the gift card using the website or phone number on the sticker?

    if it's not working you should call the number on the card and tell them about the error message
