Here goes nothing (or at least a value that is significantly small and amounts to almost zero)...

Which timezone are you in? PST (Pacific Standard Time), or basically the left-most one of the continental portion of the United States.
Which languages do you speak? English only. (Sorry, guys.)
Have you ever been banned? (if yes, why?) Yes, and on this server, just so you know. It was for *drum roll* illegal trading. I personally think that it was a fair ban, and I regret even considering it (for reference, please see my ban appeal which is lost somewhere in my profile.)
Why do you think you should be a mod? I think I should be a moderator because I wish to help the community and the people of the community. It may sound cheesy, but I'm being as honest with whoever is reading this as I can.
How long can you be active on the server every day? Depends on the day. (See the Appendix for list.)
Do you have any past experience as a moderator? Yes, but it was a small server that lacked plugins, so you could say that I have no experience as a moderator. However, I did enforce the rules without being too harsh (meaning not yelling at them in ALL CAPS.)

Appendix: Timetable

School Period:
Weekdays -- Zero to two hours, depends on homework
Weekends -- Up to seven hours possibly
Holidays -- Various, normally same schedule as weekends

Summer or Winter Vacation:
Winter -- Normally five to six hours
Summer (no vacation) -- Same as winter, possibly up to eight hours
Summer (vacation) -- From three to seven hours
