I think I should be a Mod because I feel like I have what it takes to become one. Examples: -I know all the rules and will enforce them if I get the position. -I will also make player feel welcome and wanted in the server. I want them to feel happy. -I am approachable. Players are always welcome to ask me for help and give me feedback on how my personality and the way I'm helping is doing. -I am very respectful. Being respectful is extremely important when you want to be a moderator. Quite a few moderators have been demoted for being rude to other players. I will never harass, embarrass/humiliate, or threaten players. I try my best to calm down even when I'm angry at the person. -I am a fast typist. I average 35 WPM (Words Per Minute). Being a fast typist is important because you have to be able to answer and get to the player that messages or asks for help. -I am NOT lazy. I see mods sometime slack off on their job and I want to end this. I want to be the one that fulfills their duty and doesn't slack off. I mean everybody needs relaxation I know that, but it doesn't mean you always relax either. -I am very understandable. I can be easily understood. When I message or make a point I can be understood. I hope that all players will be able to understand me. -I am very strict on the NO SWEARING/PROFANITY rule. I really don't like players being rude and cussing to fellow players, considering that Minecraft or even this server in general is mostly kids varying form ages 9-16. Many players are young and don't need to see this stuff. They can easily learn too. I have been on this server since around October/November of 2013 and I know all the rules/expectations. Like I said I will strictly enforce rules and makes sure no one breaks them. I feel that if I become a moderator I will have to take it very seriously. Everyone has to have fun, but when its time to work, its time to work. I can really help out the server in many ways on forums and in-game. I could help newbies around the forums and guide them via. Skype or message if they do not understand what the forums is. I have also been on the server long enough to know what the moderators do. I have watched several do their work. Handling ban appeals and reports also take a lot of inquiry and thinking and inspection. You have to observer the player and see if they're lying. Sometimes you have to trust your gut. To me in-game things are just as important as forum things. I understand that moderating takes a lot of time and effort to do, but I know I can handle this because I have done it before. I have lots of experience in the field of moderating. How long can you be active on the server every day? I can average a total of 21 hours a week gaming or about 4 hours a day. Do you have any past experience as a moderator? I actually have plenty of experience of moderating. I was an admin on a server and Mods on a couple others. Thanks you for reading!
