Detailed Version:
Hello as some of you know i was a tmod a while ago, but i resigned because i believed that i was not doing my job properly. I was on for about a hour a day then i would get off to go work on something else mainly my youtube, server, or side projects. I did not want a inactive tmod and i knew that others could be more active then i was being. I think the tmod that took my place has done a great job so far, but i do regret my decision. I think i made the right choice, but that does not mean i liked making the choice. Resigning as staff is defiantly on my top 10 things i regret doing in the past year. I realized i made the error of not understanding how much time it would require to be a tmod and how often i would be needed. I now have learned from my few weeks of experience and i believe i am now fully ready to take on the responsibility of a tmod. I understand that my chances are lower considering i resigned, but i would like to give it a shot at least. If I'm accepted i will not resign unless i absolutely have to if i need to be inactive for a bit unexpectedly family, school, sports, etc...). I will make a thread in the staff section saying why and how long i don't believe i will have to be inactive for a very long time though. I hope you guys understand that i only resigned because i believed that it would help the community. I needed a break i played skyblock for over a year almost nonstop and i wasn't having as much fun as i used to. After i came back from my break about i would say 3 weeks ago i had a ton of fun. The old days were the best, but i defiantly believe there are still great days ahead. I would like to try and help the community and the server friendly and always have a good day/ Hopefully i get a second chance and get to prove that i now understand the commitment and time i need to be a amazing tmod. Have you ever been banned? (if yes, why?) yes i have been banned twice from .org one for a misunderstanding which i was unbanned for the next day. The other was for when cypriotmerks banned me to look for any mod items i might have gotten when i was working as a tmod.
Why do you think you should be a mod? Oh boy the toughest part for me .-. I believe i should be tmod, because i want to help the community and any new members. I didn't realize it, but as a tmod i helped lots of people on the server it makes me really happy when i can help someone or just improve there day. I want to be a mod not for the rank but so that i can truly help. As a tmod i could help the server more then i could ever have as a donor. I will still help even if i am not repromoted but it would really help me with helping the players and staff. Tmod is not a rank i will take lightly it is a very serious job but i do like to joke around and interact with the players. I enforce the rules whenever i need to but if you are a good and follow the rules i can be pretty fun i think. I love the community that skyblock.org has and want to help in any way shape or form i can. I remember how good it felt to help players with issues such as grief or just general questions. I want to be able to help like that again and this time stay helping for a long long time. Looking back on my choice i realize i should have made a thread to the staff saying that i needed a break for a minute while i sorted things out. I did not think that i would miss skyblock.org so much, but to be honest i really did. I do not plan on leaving anytime soon and i want to help as much as i can when I'm here. It still saddens me when i get online and can't help directly with issues on the server. If i see something wrong i file a report, but recently i have found it easier to message staff members. Also there is a nice amount of staff online constantly on skyblock.org that takes care of things. I have been on when there was no staff though which i would say is about 20% of the time. I write down the issue and if it is really important message a staff member immediately. Lately i have been trying to remove death warps and help players understand the rules. I would say in this past month i have helped remove 30+ death warps. The staff that helped me do that were very nice though they did moan and groan a bit when i messaged them constantly about different death warps . I want mod so that i can personally help players with any issue they have. As a normal player it is difficult, but i try my best to help whenever i can. All I'm asking for is a second chance at becoming a member of the staff team again. If I'm ever given that chance i will prove that i am still a good mod, but this time i will be a amazing and active mod. I am truly sorry for resigning and regret my choice every time i can't help a player due to my restrictions as a player. I would love to return to the amazing community and the equally amazing staff team. I hope that i can prove that i am a great choice and that i will always try my best to improve skyblock.org and its players.
Mature: I usually act a little silly just because i don't really enjoy just enforcing rules i also want to have a little fun on the server. That does not mean i will slack off the people on the server come first and what ever i want to do second and i will also follow that rule. I can act very mature when needed and i do not get angry easily at all. I am a calm person who when needed can act extremely professional.

Funny: I wouldn't say i am a jokester but i enjoy making jokes every now and then i want to make at least one person smile a day. I think being funny is a good trait for just life in general i also like being funny as a mod because you no longer seem like a all powerful moderator. I am just a player who was lucky enough to be chosen to be a moderator and i want to show that.

Trustworthy: I believe myself to be extremely trust worthy i have never scammed someone or lied to anyone on the server. I do not thing it is fun to ruin someones time and hard work just so it is easier for me to gain a little. I try to stop people like that from scamming and i enjoy helping.

Fast Typer: I type about 55 WPM (words per minute) i can easily keep up with the questions and tasks required on .org. I am not the fastest typer, but i am more then fast enough to be able to handle the questions asked to me on skyblock.org

Personality: I am a silly guy who really enjoys playing minecraft i can be silly or serious depending on what is needed. I don't lose my temper and if i come close then i just click escape then leave game. I really like the community and enjoy talking to the people on the forums and in-game.

Experience: I have been a tmod on the server before so i already know how it all works. I have been all the ranks imaginable on different servers tmod,mod,admin,super admin, co-owner, owner, etc...

Returning/why: This is just a bit about why i left for a little over a month and why it will not happen again. I was just getting a little bored of skyblock and i was to busy to do everything at once and moderate. I left for a month to see if i would want to come back to the server. Well at the end of the month i defiantly wanted to come back and i will stay here for at least 2 more years. I plan on bring a laptop to college, but I'm not sure how active i can be there. I have resigned as a moderator on every server to focus on this one. I have stopped doing the things that were affecting my activeness (YouTube, Twitch, Server, Etc...) So i will be very active, i do not want to make the same mistake again i learned and want to prove it. One of the biggest mistakes i have made this year was resigning from skyblock.org like they say. "You don't know how good something is until it's gone". I want to return to help again i know i blew my change when i made my resignation thread, but i hope i am still considered seriously for the position. I know i can at least make a thread so i have to have some kind of chance at least . I don't know what some admins think of me, but i hope this thread helps me to explain and them to be able to read about it.
What qualifications do you have? I a lot of qualification i am a owner of a server so i understand the basics of how a server is run. I was tmod on this server for a few weeks so i understand the proper steps you take when performing your duties. I am not a mod on any other servers at the moment they have either faded into nonexistent or never have players on. That is partially why i have returned because i can focus completely on skyblock.org. I am also a certified life guard i know that has nothing to do with minecraft or skyblock, but i think it shows that i am mature and polite.
How long can you be active on the server everyday? I will try my best to be on everyday for 2 hours at a minimum, but with my job and school sometimes it will be less and sometimes it will be more. I can always be active on the forums since it is easier to access it and quicker to respond. I'm going to be cutting back on the hours I work so i have more time for school work and this beautiful server
How long have you been playing skyblock.org? I would say about 1 year and 2 months and it has been really fun and i hope continue to bring fun moments
Do you have any past experience as a moderator? I was a tmod on the .org for a few weeks which gave me loads of experience i have been mod or a higher rank on countless servers which have all been shutdown or no one plays on. Recently some a few people have said that i should be more active and help people more, but i like to help people privately. I tend to private message them if there is a issue because i believe that if they want to make it public they can but it is their personal information. If you want to talk in public chat i will more then happily help you i just find private chat nicer when helping players.

Why do you think you should be a mod? I am friendly, kind, and enjoy interaction with players. I love helping new and old players also just talking to everyone. I enforce the rules as needed i am not ban happy but i punish those who need to be punished.
What qualifications do you have? I was tmod on the server for about 2.5 weeks so i know all the commands and i don't need to be taught any thing. I have also been many different ranks on many different server, but i have either retired or the servers have been shut down. My main focus will be skyblock.org and that is where i will spend most of my time.

Do you have any past experience as a moderator? Yes i was a tmod on the server for 2.5 weeks until i resigned because i did not think i was active enough. I want to come back because i believe i am ready now. I took away the distractions and made sure that it won't happen again. I am prepared to become a moderator and stay one for as long as i possibly can i won't resign again unless i absolutely must. I have also been mod on many servers but none with as many players as skyblock.org i would say i have been mod on 9 different servers. Player counts from 0 a day to 12 a day.
