I have been hearing numerous reports of hackers among the server. They are able to access everything on a person's island without being in their /coop, gathering stuff even from locked chests and areas.

Just recently, my old coop member was attacked and she lost a few sentimental items. I would have loved to help her but I didn't get the guys' igns. Lemonade If you remember them or have access to their names somehow, please not this of them. I went on my friends account (which acts as my alt) and I found that the items were, in fact, gone. She was kinda depressed about the fact that she lost the items, because, like I said, there was sentimental value on them to her.

I want to call for all mods on full alert for people like this, although I can't alone. These guys are ruining the peace that's left on .net and I want to see an END to it!!!

I can give the name of my coop member, but not her offenders. I was trying to ask Lemo if he remembered. No screenshots or videos because it was not known that they were doing so at the time.

 

Fish was the name of another player who somehow bypassed lockette and stole thousands of diamonds

 

Not much I can do as I do not know how this person is able to steal other players items if what you're saying is true.

Some clients can bypass the worldedit borders from what I have tried on my private server.

 

Yes, I can say this has happened to me. I was set on fire w/ a lava bucket on my island. No one was in my coop. Sad to say the hackers are probably invisible and when you do /list or /who you still can't see them (or can you).
I would advise to keep your rares in your enderchest, that way they have no way to access it. That's where I put my rares.

What's the point in hacking anyway? People are too damn greedy these days and don't know how to play a simple game right. Once they get their riches, what are they gonna do? Sell them? That will blow their cover. Seriously...

As far as this goes, I don't think normal hacked clients will do it. I have not checked in on "Nuker" but I will look at it when I get the chance.

 

I can't test this, as my computer can't really run mods.

I don't know about "Nuker" but there's this "Ghost Client I found in the progress. The items it lists are similar to what I'm finding from my reports.

The thing that is missing is chest access, which is the one I made this fourm for; but it does say that there is more. Might wanna look into this. As I am posting, I am searching for possibly other "sister" clients that will offer the same thing. I will keep on my search, though it has been very open to me right now. I might have jinxed it...
