Hello there!
I'm currently playing on skyblock 3.07, but I'm trying to upgrade to skyblock 4.12.3. Is there a way to make the upgrade without losing all my progress? I already built a few farms, not much, but it's like a few weeks worth of work. Already saw a few videos, where people say to delete chunks that I did not use and paste data packs using MCA selector, but it's not working.

Can someone help please?!

I assume by "Skyblock 4.1.2.3" you are referring an unofficial build of the map via planetminecraft.
As this is not an official version of the skyblock map, and Skyblock is likely not affiliated with the creators of this map, you will probably not be able to find much support for it here, I suggest joining their discord server located on the planetminecraft page linked above.

All official versions of skyblock can be found on the Downloads page of this forums.
In addition, I believe this post would belong in Help rather than guides.
