Upgraded from vip to elite but didn't get a spawner

    So lee, i upgraded today from vip to elite. I got the rank and the enchantment table. I did not get a spawner tho. It said I'm supposed to receive one under the rank description. Can you refund me the spawner thanks.

    Looking at the shop description for the VIP to Elite upgrade, it says:
