What happens?
You pay a fee of 8 diamonds, and you get your name written down on a sign, then, once all the spaces have been taken, Becky will announce the winner. You will receive the upgrade somewhere in the 20's of August (Hopefully, BrokenAngelx will have the date, once the tickets have been collected).

The maximum amount of tickets allowed is 5 I believe, and the fee is 8 diamonds, (or any rares equivalent to that). There are 90 slots.
