Can someone post actual list of restrictions affecting .net/.org/Hellblock servers?

For example, hoppers can't be actually used on .net (no way to attach them to chest etc), but I found no reference to this fact in any rules threads.

Also, I had smooth stone generator (using redstone pulse generator, moving pistons every 2 seconds, when activated); I found it also stopped to work. Perhaps there are some new restrictions on .org related to redstone machinery?

Redstone lamps are disabled on hellblock due to the fact that if you mine them with silk, you get stone, which would ruin the economy. This and the hoppers on net are the only restrictions I know of.

Probably something with the lag on org for the stone/cobble generator. That's really strange cause people build real high tech machines for that stuff now-a-days.

On net hoppers are disabled because of people looting. Since net has no world-guard to protect islands people can place hoppers connected to chests and drop the person's island in it. I'm sure it's hard to log.

Not really hard to log, it just doesn't leave a log in the chest. Always have to log the block below a chest.

 

That was a bug that involved a 1.7.X client for a 1.6.4 CraftBukkit server. When you mined it, the server wanted to get you the technical block which was the On Redstone Lamp. With them removed in 1.7.2, it gave you stone. When 1.7.2 CraftBukkit servers came up, that was fixed. Should be all set to reenable if you want to request it. (If Hellblock runs on Bukkit Minecraft V.1.7.2 or above)

 

I was gonna say I mine them with silk touch and get the lamp back...

 

I think my answer better explains why that issue existed.
