Understanding Our Skyblock Community ❤​

This thread, as most of you probably interpreted already, is all about the many different qualities of our community. Whether you're an active player, or just getting started, hopefully this thread will answer most of your questions you may be wondering.

Owner/Staff:
​

The owner of this server is named Noobcrew. I've played on this server for almost a year now, and I can honestly say he really does care about his servers. The main co-owner/admin of this server is named CypriotMerks. You will probably see his face more often in Minecraft than Noobcrew, but hey, they're busy people with their own lives, as-well as about 4 servers to keep running well.

Players that have been given the oppertunity to help out Noobcrew and Cypriot will be frequently seen on servers with an intro to their name as "Mod". Rules/Bans:

As many servers, we have rules you must follow in order to keep the community at it's best. The most in-depth form of rules you need can be found here: The Rules in the Most In-Depth Form | Skyblock Forums
I highly recommend reading those clearly, as many players have offended the server in critical ways, forcing many players to not forgive them, and to deny their ban appeal. The staff only bans players to better the server- not because we have a grudge against anyone. Again, please if you have any questions, check out the rules to make sure you don't break any.

Ranks:
​

This is where a lot of the chaos starts. Ranks are bought with real life money from players, to have their name say "Donor", "Skygod", "Highroller" ect. (Depending on which server you play on). The rank makes their name a color, which likely stands out to the eye quicker than the average "greenbean" (Player without a rank). Depending on which rank you are, you get kits. Kits have materials in them that most Skyblockers crave (Diamonds, iron, grass, ect...). Sometimes, the so called "greenbeans" feel like they're not being heard, so they try to caps lock to have their text more visible to the other players. Beware though, this does count as spam if you're not careful.
Example: "HEY GUY COME TO MY WARP AND BUY STUFF C:" = Spam.
We are aware of the cliques that may go on between donors and greenbeans, but to my knowledge, most of the players are trying their best to make everyone feel included.
