I think I should be unbanned because I saw a diamond block and I needed money. I did not use Nodus to grief or troll.
Breaking a diamond block that is not your would have been greifing, as such you used it with the intent to grief.
it wasn't to greif. It wasn't placed and i thought someone dropped it. I had no money and i really needed it.

Hacked clients are a VERY strict issue for us and are ban on sight. You admitted that you were using the client and as such you were banned from the server. However, I feel that you are at least slightly sincere and, as I said before, you admitted your wrong and asked clearly to be forgiven. Do me a favor. Stop using Nodus. It's a greifing client, made to be used in the violation of rules. Update your client, and use the plain minecraft game. There is no need for mods. I will be lifting your ban in a thank you for your honesty. Note that breaking any blocks not on your island is greifing. As is taking any items that don't belong to you or are not freely given out.
