Why I was banned: I was just sprinting and jumping to my mob spawner then I got banned and I don't remember what it said
I think I should be unbanned: I think I should be unbanned because I think that "I was moving too fast" kicks that got me banned

 

The auto kick feature give you some warnings, you need to make sure that you calm down when you get too many warnings, maybe take a break to let them cool down and go away. And always try not to replicate the actions taken to cause the kick or ban.
