5. Why do YOU think you were banned? I didn't see this as a rule, and figured there isn't anything wrong with it. As a child, I don't ask my parents for much, and I certainly don't plead for Minecraft ranks. The best I can do is ask a friend, trustworthy person, or high-ranked donor who is clearly legitimate about an offer and/or trade. I think I was banned because from a new learning, I realize this isn't aloud. I want to say sorry, and promise this won't happen again.
6. Why do you think you should be unbanned? I think I should be unbanned because..
   1. I didn't know any better, just trying to use my witts to get me a rank, instead of begging.
   2. I don't have money to blow unlike other people, so if myself including them both benefit, I don't see anything wrong with doing this, as it isn't harming anyone.
   3. I feel a warning would have sufficed this issue.
   4. I commend Pein for reacting quickly and taking action, but he could've been softer
   5. I deserve to be unbanned because of the time I put into the server, I feel this is an unfair ban because I've done this many times on other servers.

You filled out your form quite well. The reason this was not in the rules is because it wasn't foreseen. The last case I dealt with when it came to this, they received a month long tempban, as this is a serious problem. A warning alone isn't satisfactory for a case such as this. I did have 2 people confirm you tried to sell them items. Given that you seem sincere and you were only trying to sell to a few people (didn't advertise it to multiple) I'm going to show a bit of leniency. I'll reduce this to 1 week. Please remember this, as if you're found doing it again it WILL be a permanent ban with an immediately denied appeal.
