What item/donor package: $25 to $50

I recently decided to upgrade my account from donor 25 to donor 50 but when I attempted to purchase it I got prompted with an error message reading;

'You're not allowed to purchase this item.'

I have tried many attempts to correct this error with no success so I decided to contact Skyblock support to see if I can arrange a manual upgrade or a fix

I have provided with a screenshot of proving I am a 25 donor but being as I bought 25 donor a few years I don't have a email stating that.

Please reply as soon possible

 

Basically the problem is, BuyCraft doesn't have you listed under donor 25, so you can't upgrade from 25-50. When was the rank bought?

 

It was bought a number of years ago, so I can't give an exact date but yes that's the exact problem. So I would like to get this fixed or pay separately from BuyCraft to upgrade

 

Its either someone chargebacked the payment, or it got wiped due to how long it was bought ago.

Adding Cyp to the title.
You'll most likely have to make a private transaction with Cyp directly using paypal or something, then he will manually upgrade you.
It'll take time for him to get to this though, he's very busy.

I see that you're donor25 in-game and when I check Buycraft it tells me you never donated for donor25, only donor10.

Try upgrade to $25-50 now, should work.
