Anyone who have heard about this two words, you simply go straight to the comment section and comment. Recently in Hong Kong, there is a political movement named "Occupy Central", it's main idea is to persuade the Chinese Government to cancel the decision about the universal sufferage in Hing Kong in 2017. The Chinese Government allowed the citizens to choose their leader, but not nominating. To take this simpler, you DO have a vote, but you can only vote for the candidates selected from the Chinese Government. 28/9/2014 People started to protest by blocking the main roads in Central. Pepper strays and tear gas grenades were used by the police, which caused more people to protert in later days. It was indeed a big mistake. The people used umbrellas to prevent the tear gas from hurting them, and therefore, the movement is named "Umbrella Revolution". I literally saw every single famous news companies in the area setting, except of CCTV, you all know why you do. 3/10/2014 The Hong Kong police were suspected to cooperate with local gangs to try to hurt the protests occupying Mong Kok, which caused more and more people to protest. And the Union of students decided to put the planned conversation with the government aside, as they suppose the police failed to protect the protesters in Mong Kok. And it is still happening now.
