Do you remember who? Did you trade in game items for your rank? How long ago was this? From what you're saying it seems like they have charged back you donor rank.

A chargeback ban is when you donate for a rank and then charge back what was paid. The account will be automatically banned.

 

ok, I mean that that "someone" who helped me buy my rank was an uncle of mine who no longer lives with us, and I really do not know if I get to cancel those payments! I do not know, my question here is, how can I not close that case, how much is owed or how do I remove my ban?
